Huawei Smart Screen

Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro has officially been introduced as the company expands its Vision Smart Screen lineup with a new Mini-LED TV series built for entertainment, gaming and smart home use.

The new range combines a 4K Mini-LED panel, a refresh rate of up to 288Hz, AI-powered picture adjustment and HarmonyOS integration. Huawei is positioning the series as a relatively affordable premium TV option for users who want strong picture quality, smoother gaming and deeper smart home connectivity.

The Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro is currently available in China in 65-inch, 75-inch and 85-inch sizes. Global availability has not yet been confirmed.

Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro Display and Refresh Rate

The Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro uses a 4K Super Mini-LED panel designed to deliver sharper contrast, better brightness control and improved detail in dark scenes.

One of its biggest highlights is the refresh rate of up to 288Hz. That makes the TV especially attractive for gamers who want smoother motion, faster response and reduced blur during fast-paced gameplay.

The panel also supports up to 1,000 local dimming zones. This helps the TV control brightness more accurately across different parts of the screen, improving black levels and making bright highlights stand out more clearly.

For movies, sports and gaming, this kind of backlight control can make a noticeable difference. Dark scenes look more detailed, while bright areas appear more controlled and less washed out.

Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro AI Picture Features

The Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro also comes with AI-powered image adjustment.

The TV can automatically adapt brightness based on the lighting conditions in the room. This helps reduce glare and makes viewing more comfortable during the day, at night or in rooms with changing light.

AI processing is becoming an important feature in modern TVs because users no longer want to manually adjust settings every time the room changes. Huawei’s system aims to make the image look better without requiring constant input from the viewer.

This feature should be useful for families, gamers and streaming users who watch content in different environments.

Gaming Features on Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro

The Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro is clearly designed with gamers in mind.

The 288Hz refresh rate gives the TV a strong advantage for fast-moving games. Higher refresh rates can make motion feel smoother and more responsive, especially in racing games, shooters and competitive titles.

The Mini-LED panel also supports better contrast, which can help players see more detail in darker game environments.

In addition, Huawei includes gesture-based gaming functions, giving users another way to interact with supported games and entertainment features.

For users who want one screen for movies, streaming, smart home control and gaming, the Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro offers a flexible setup.

HarmonyOS 4.3 and Smart Home Integration

The Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro runs on HarmonyOS 4.3, Huawei’s own operating system.

This gives the TV deeper integration with Huawei’s device ecosystem. Users can connect the screen with compatible smart home products, mobile devices and other Huawei hardware.

The TV also supports wireless 4K image transmission, making it easier to share content from other devices without relying on cables.

Huawei has also included several smart features such as video calls, remote home monitoring, child profiles, karaoke mode and AI fitness with activity tracking.

These features show that the TV is not only meant for watching films and shows. Huawei wants it to act as a central smart home and entertainment hub.

Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro Sound System

The Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro includes a 2.1-channel audio system with a three-band design.

The system can reproduce bass down to 60Hz, which should help improve sound quality for movies, music and gaming. While many ultra-thin TVs struggle with low-end audio, Huawei appears to have focused on making the sound more balanced and versatile.

For users who do not want to immediately buy a separate soundbar, the built-in speaker system may be enough for casual viewing and everyday entertainment.

Ultra-Thin Design and Screen Sizes

Huawei has given the Smart Screen S7 X Pro an ultra-thin design built for close wall mounting.

The company says the TV is designed to sit tightly against the wall, creating a cleaner and more modern look in the living room.

The series comes in three sizes:

65 inches

75 inches

85 inches

This gives buyers options depending on their room size, viewing distance and budget.

The minimalist design also fits Huawei’s wider smart home strategy, where connected devices are expected to blend neatly into the home rather than look bulky or complicated.

Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro Price

The Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro is currently listed for the Chinese market.

Converted prices are approximately:

65-inch model: $870

75-inch model: $1,100

85-inch model: $1,520

These prices make the series interesting because it offers Mini-LED technology, a high refresh rate and AI features at a price that appears competitive for the specification.

However, final international pricing may differ if Huawei launches the TV in other regions.

Is the Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro Worth Watching?

The Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro looks like one of Huawei’s most interesting TV releases for users who want a feature-rich Mini-LED display without moving into the most expensive premium TV category.

Its strongest features are the 288Hz refresh rate, Mini-LED backlighting, AI brightness adjustment, HarmonyOS 4.3 integration and wide range of smart home functions.

The TV should appeal most to gamers, Huawei ecosystem users and buyers looking for a large 4K screen with modern display technology.

For now, the biggest limitation is availability. Huawei has only confirmed the Smart Screen S7 X Pro for China, and there is still no official information about a wider global launch.

If Huawei brings the model to more markets at a competitive price, the Huawei Smart Screen S7 X Pro could become a strong option in the Mini-LED smart TV segment.
