AD Ports Group has partnered with AVESTO Group in Tajikistan, creating a logistics joint venture to boost freight forwarding services across Central Asia. This strategic collaboration aims to enhance the region’s logistics infrastructure and support increasing trade flows between the East and West.

What the AD Tajikistan Partnership Brings to the Region

With AD Ports Group holding a 51% majority stake and AVESTO Group owning 49%, the Tajikistan partnership will focus on providing integrated logistics services. The newly formed joint venture will manage and consolidate freight and logistics activities across AVESTO Group’s subsidiaries while offering services to other businesses in the region.

Tajikistan’s strategic location and growing industrial base offer major opportunities for logistics expansion. The partnership aims to improve regional trade by creating a modern infrastructure that connects Central Asia with global markets, unlocking new economic potential in the process.

Expanding the Middle Corridor and Strengthening Global Trade

The AD ports Tajikistan partnership aligns with AD Ports Group’s vision to strengthen the Middle Corridor, a critical route for East-West trade. Abdulaziz Zayed Al-Shamsi, CEO of AD Ports Group, stressed that this collaboration will enhance logistics solutions in the region, supporting both global trade and the digital economy.

Muhamad Mirzo, General Director of AVESTO Group, emphasized that this venture will revolutionize Tajikistan’s logistics landscape, enabling Central Asia to play a key role in global trade and contributing to economic growth.

The AD Ports partnership is set to transform the logistics sector, boosting regional connectivity and providing enhanced economic opportunities for Tajikistan and the broader Central Asia region.
