With AD Ports Group holding a 51% majority stake and AVESTO Group owning 49%, the Tajikistan partnership will focus on providing integrated logistics services. The newly formed joint venture will manage and consolidate freight and logistics activities across AVESTO Group’s subsidiaries while offering services to other businesses in the region.
