Al Vista’s Residential Features and Design

The Al Vista development Dubai will offer 312 residential apartments, with a range of one, two, and three-bedroom units. The three-bedroom apartments will feature private jacuzzis and stunning panoramic views of the lagoon. Designed with clean architectural lines, large windows, and floor-to-ceiling glazing, Al Vista maximizes natural light and offers expansive views of the surrounding area.

Convenient Location and Lifestyle Amenities

Residents of Al Vista will have access to a wide range of lifestyle amenities, including an infinity pool, children’s pool, landscaped podiums, fully equipped gym, basketball court, and designated play areas. The project’s strategic location ensures strong connectivity to major commercial and leisure hubs, with Business Bay just 15 minutes away, Dubai International Airport 17 minutes, and the DIFC 20 minutes.

Construction and Completion

With construction already underway, Al Vista is expected to be completed by December 2027. The development is part of Dubai Investments’ broader strategy to expand its real estate portfolio and contribute to the city’s evolving urban landscape.
