Huawei Cloud’s Commitment to Local AI Infrastructure
Huawei Cloud has significantly expanded its AI infrastructure in Indonesia, offering flexible GPU computing through bare metal rentals, VM-based rentals, and dedicated inference API endpoints. The Jakarta Region now hosts three availability zones (AZs), providing a strong foundation for both enterprise customers and ASI Alliance partners. Huawei Cloud’s infrastructure also supports AI models that boost industry intelligence and foster innovation across sectors, from agriculture to healthcare.
In his keynote address, Xin Dajiang, Chairman of Huawei Indonesia, emphasized the company’s collaboration with Telkomsel, Indosat, and other local giants, aiming to foster a thriving AI ecosystem while generating employment and nurturing the next generation of digital talent.

Huawei Cloud’s approach focuses on full-stack AI capabilities, driving industry intelligence and accelerating digital transformation. The company also plans to introduce a fourth availability zone (AZ) in 2026 to enhance its local infrastructure. By offering cutting-edge services like AI-native lakehouses and the ModelArts platform, Huawei Cloud enables users to access high-performance AI solutions, including real-time lakehouse solutions and scalable data warehouses.

At the summit, Huawei Cloud and Telkomsel announced a strategic AI partnership, aimed at accelerating industry intelligence.
