Nvidia has joined a new AI Defense Alliance bringing together major technology companies to develop open-source tools designed to protect businesses from artificial intelligence-powered cyberattacks.
The initiative, known as the Open Secure AI Alliance, was launched following a recent hacking incident involving OpenAI and the Hugging Face technology platform.
Nvidia is participating alongside Microsoft, SpaceX, Palantir and dozens of other companies. The alliance plans to make defensive programs openly available, giving organizations broader access to resources that may help them identify and respond to emerging AI security threats.
