GRID Forkast Esports Data Deal Boosts Prediction Markets

GRID Forkast partnership

The GRID Forkast partnership is set to reshape esports prediction markets by introducing official live match data directly into user-facing platforms. Through this deal, esports data provider GRID will supply Forkast with real-time in-game metrics, improving market accuracy and depth for prediction-based wagering.

As esports betting continues to evolve, the GRID Forkast partnership reflects growing demand for low-latency, verified data feeds. By integrating official statistics, both companies aim to enhance transparency and strengthen trust in esports prediction ecosystems.

GRID Forkast Partnership Adds Real-Time Match Metrics

Under the GRID Forkast partnership, Forkast will leverage GRID’s official data feeds to capture live in-game statistics. These include kills, round outcomes, economy data and other performance indicators during competitive matches.

Access to this data enables Forkast to develop more detailed player prop markets and event-specific predictions. Instead of relying on delayed or unofficial sources, the platform can now utilise data provided through GRID’s partnerships with leading game publishers and tournament organisers.

GRID maintains official relationships with organisations such as ESL FACEIT Group, Esports World Cup, BLAST, KRAFTON, Ubisoft and Riot Games. As a result, it provides live data coverage for major esports titles including VALORANT, League of Legends and top-tier Counter-Strike 2 competitions.

Strengthening Market Integrity Through Official Data

The GRID Forkast partnership places a strong emphasis on integrity. By using authorised live data, Forkast can reduce discrepancies, minimise latency and limit the risk of inaccurate market outcomes.

Prediction markets depend heavily on precise and timely statistics. In fast-paced esports environments, even small delays can impact betting accuracy. Therefore, official feeds play a crucial role in maintaining confidence among users and stakeholders.

As esports prediction platforms expand globally, verified data pipelines are becoming essential infrastructure rather than optional enhancements.

GRID Expands Its Esports Data Ecosystem

The GRID Forkast partnership is part of a broader expansion strategy for GRID. The company has recently positioned itself as a central esports data authority through multiple strategic moves.

GRID partnered with SportsTensor, Polymarket’s official market maker, to act as its official esports data oracle. Additionally, GRID acquired intellectual property and technology assets from Bayes Esports after the company ceased operations.

That acquisition strengthened GRID’s data platform by adding live trading solutions, predictive models and fan engagement tools. According to GRID Founder and CEO Moritz Maurer, the move would accelerate the company’s ability to create value for rights holders and shape the next stage of esports betting innovation.

Growing Demand in Esports Prediction Markets

The rise of platforms like Forkast highlights increasing interest in esports prediction markets. Users are seeking more dynamic, interactive experiences that go beyond traditional sportsbook models.

By incorporating detailed in-game metrics, prediction platforms can offer granular betting options tied to player performance and match events. However, these products require reliable and high-frequency data streams.

The GRID Forkast partnership directly addresses this demand. With official, low-latency data now embedded in the platform, Forkast is positioned to offer more sophisticated markets while maintaining operational integrity.

As esports continues to professionalise, partnerships between data providers and betting platforms are likely to expand. Official data ecosystems may ultimately become the backbone of next-generation esports wagering.
