A Premier Waterfront Project

Radisson Residences Reem Island will offer stunning sea-view residential units located above a shared podium that includes communal facilities. The project will also feature direct access to Reem Central Park, providing a blend of urban living with nature. This new development is poised to become a key part of Reem Island’s mixed-use district, which has been a hotspot for both residential and commercial real estate.

Strategic Expansion in Abu Dhabi

Royal Development Holding, a subsidiary of the Emirates Stallions Group, is making strides in expanding its branded residential portfolio in Abu Dhabi. The Radisson Residences project adds to this growth strategy. According to Tariq Nazzal, General Manager of Royal Development Holding, the project aligns with their vision to expand their premium residential offerings in the city.

Radisson’s Elie Milky, Chief Development Officer for the Middle East, Northeast Africa, Greece, and Cyprus, also emphasized that the development marks a significant milestone in expanding Radisson’s presence in the UAE residential market.

More Branded Residences to Come

The Radisson Residences Reem Island is part of a larger trend in Abu Dhabi, where luxury and branded residential developments are in high demand. This follows the earlier launch of Seamont Autograph Collection Residences, marking Abu Dhabi’s first Autograph-branded residential project. With the Radisson Residences project expected to launch soon, this collaboration will further enhance the UAE’s real estate market and continue to draw attention from both local and international buyers.

This iconic waterfront project will be an exciting addition to Abu Dhabi’s real estate scene, offering modern living spaces with unparalleled access to nature and the luxury that Radisson is known for.
