Samsung Care+ expansion

Samsung has announced the expansion of its Care+ service across 17 European countries, offering new features aimed at enhancing protection for Galaxy users. Starting January 19, 2026, customers will benefit from comprehensive device protection, including unlimited accidental damage coverage and more accessible repair locations. This updated service aims to provide peace of mind for users, ensuring their devices are safeguarded against potential damage and offering the flexibility to repair devices both at home and abroad.

Unlimited Coverage for Accidental Damage

One of the standout features of the new Samsung Care+ plans is the introduction of unlimited accidental damage coverage. This means users can now get their Galaxy devices repaired, regardless of the number of accidents, such as drops or spills, without incurring additional repair costs. The service also streamlines the excess fees, offering a consistent and predictable cost structure, regardless of the damage type.

Expanded Repair Locations for Greater Convenience

Samsung Care+ expansion,Samsung has increased its network of repair centers, with 175 new walk-in locations now available to customers. These centers provide a quick and efficient service, and users can also opt for a send-in repair option, where Samsung will arrange seamless collection and delivery of the device. This new addition ensures that Samsung customers can receive rapid repairs no matter where they are in Europe, enhancing convenience and service accessibility.

Extended Warranty and Battery Replacement

Samsung Care+ now also includes an extended warranty for devices beyond the standard manufacturer’s coverage. If a Galaxy device experiences mechanical or electrical failure after the original warranty period, Care+ covers the repair for the full term of the service plan. Additionally, if the device’s battery drops below 80% capacity, users are eligible for a free battery replacement, ensuring long-term device performance.

Flexible Payment Options and Theft Protection

To provide greater flexibility, Samsung Care+ now offers a monthly payment plan that extends coverage for up to 60 months, with the option to cancel at any time. For those who prefer a fixed-term commitment, a two-year upfront payment option is available. Samsung is also introducing an optional theft and loss coverage feature, ensuring that customers are protected in the unfortunate event that their device is lost or stolen. Once a claim is approved, a replacement device is dispatched within 48 hours.

A Shift Towards Comprehensive Device Protection

Samsung’s expansion of Care+ reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to providing high-quality service and enhancing the user experience. As devices become an even more integral part of our daily lives, ensuring their protection is paramount. With these new updates, Samsung has made it easier than ever for customers to safeguard their investments in their Galaxy devices, offering convenience, flexibility, and peace of mind.
